Great,loved the hotel,we had a small double and it was fine for the 2 of us for 1 night,didn’t have breakfast,thought £15:95 each was a bit much but restaurant looked full in the morning so guests must pay it.Also there is a £10 charge for parking car over night,which seems to becoming the norm with hotels in York now.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Would recommend accommodation. Great location, only a short walking into the city.

We had a very good time, the FoH staff were excellent. Please see note on bar and restauarant - everyone was good (if a little nervous) but you need a few more. Thanks for a great stay

Loved york and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Although as nice as the room was it did feel like we was down in a bunker..only due to it being a below reception level

fabulous , the bar was shut before 11.00 but the lady still served me a pint , the front desk staff were very friendly , the hotel was clean and comfortable , all in all our stay at the Churchill was very good .

Visited as a family to celebrate my partners birthday and we all loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern,all staff very friendly and breakfast was fantastic. Great location for walking into the town centre and having a car park was a bonus.

We stayed Friday till this morning in the Prince of Wales suite having just married. Wow what a room.
