This is the second time we have stayed with you. Really comfortable and welcoming hotel and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

Absolutely loved it .. wanted to stay again this weekend but unfortunately fully booked until January!! .. will definitely be back , the staff were second to none , it was immaculate, the food was beautiful and breakfast was Devine!! Xx

Really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again, but may reconsider breakfast. Shame really as I prefer breakfast in my hotel. I will recommend to my friends to stay.

Pleasant - staff were very friendly and the service was great. We would recommend the hotel to others planning on taking a trip to York.

We have wanted to stay here for a long time but sadly not as good as we expected. The problems we had with our room on the first night didn’t help and we did think that the hotel is overpriced. On the plus side we were given another room as soon as we made the staff aware of the problems.

Ok. Perfect for our short stay. Phone not working in room. Strange ‘air in pipes ‘ noises 2 evenings. Told we had to get on with it the first evening!!!
