Lovely boutique style hotel. Shame the parking was so expensive, also full English breakfast £16? Those are London prices. Would go back though and recommend to others.

a very nice place to stop, close to town centre, but far enough away not to hear any noise from any bars/restaurants ect

Very enjoyable stay, very nice room. Staff were helpful and made you feel welcome. Could not find any problems with the room.

Lovely room and staff but slow service , breakfast v poor value for the money
Hotel was clean throughout and. I would stay again but would not be dining there

Overall can’t complain for the price and location.
Put the towels where they should be (Bellagio doesn’t hide them).
Don’t have workmen in the room when I arrive.
Don’t charge for parking just add it to the rate.
Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Very much enjoyed our stay, beautiful hotel in excellent location for York city attractions. Just one negative - the family room we were given did not look as good, or as large as the photograph on the web site.

Love this hotel, have booked ahead for daughter's graduation in July. Service, staff, rooms, location, quality of food- all excellent.

We had a really nice stay. It looked &smeeled as tho some decorating work was being done, although it was lovely it was strong in smell of fresh paint. However we appreciate that this needs to be done to keep it looking nice .
