The Churchill Hotel

Very basic bearing in mind we paid extra for an upgrade. The view was a brick wall and this was an upgraded suite for 3 adults which was a basic room with a double and 2 single beds. Not a suite and no bells or whistles. .

Fabulous service, great food, fab location; would have just liked more parking space as it was hard to get the car in and out of car park.

Excellent , only disappointment is the hotel feeling the need to charge excessive for car parking in their own car park

Positive overall but there is room for improvement. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and very impressed with the breakfast service. There are however a few minor things that annoyed me. I feel the parking fee is a little sly and should be included in the stay and there should be robes in the room. That said I would return, especially if a discount is given for my in depth review Haha.

Great hotel lovely and clean staff were very helpful highly reccomend. Location just outside the town but very quiet and a great night sleep.

Would recommend and return. As stated staff are great and friendly. They knew about the building and it’s uses over the years. They seemed proud to work there

We would very happily book here again, or with another hotel in the group, when travelling away for short breaks.

The food was really tasty and again good value ! The overall experience was excellent and I would definately make a return visit.

Overall great experience. Great location and a hotel full of character. Price for the room was amazing, only downfall was the heat of the room and the price of the breakfast.

Lovely hotel friendly staff will definitely visit again Close to city and all amenities. Might seem strange not really a complaint but room was very hot
