Lovely. The staff were very friendly, room was gorgeous and very nicely decorated. Nice big bathroom.

Do not feel the stay represented good value for us, given the price paid. Were insistent that we paid £10 per day for parking because we had booked through booking.com, even though the cost of our 3 night stay was £695. Said if we had booked directly there would have been no charge for parking. Bit irritating.

Very good experience, comfortable and in good location. Breakfast was delicious. Would stay again if in the area.

Really enjoyed my time . Bed was a little on the hard side for me so a bit restless. Staff amazing and hotel welcoming.

Excellent! We stayed in the prince of wales suite which was just gorgeous, the reception staff were so friendly and showed us on a map where to explore!! Lovely stay!
