We have been before and find the staff and the hotel always up to and above expectations. Despite it's history The Churchill is a modern hotel inside, with a great range of rooms and prices. There is a lift to most rooms too.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Food was very good and breakfast was unbelievably good. Ceiling were bit too low in our room as in cellar. Only criticism for us, the corridor carpets are smelly and dirty and the decor makes the corridors and reception very dark, that said will definitely stay again.

Lovely. The staff were very friendly, room was gorgeous and very nicely decorated. Nice big bathroom.

Do not feel the stay represented good value for us, given the price paid. Were insistent that we paid £10 per day for parking because we had booked through booking.com, even though the cost of our 3 night stay was £695. Said if we had booked directly there would have been no charge for parking. Bit irritating.

Very good experience, comfortable and in good location. Breakfast was delicious. Would stay again if in the area.

Really enjoyed my time . Bed was a little on the hard side for me so a bit restless. Staff amazing and hotel welcoming.
