Very good. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Only issue was the loo blocked in the morning when we got up.

Great staff and food. Disappointing room. As we checked out my wife trapped her arm in lift door and cut it badly! Staff were helpful but not a great end to our short stay. Lift door needs looking at!

Absolutely fantastic visit. It was our friends first visit to York and they were really blown away by the whole break in York and their experience in your hotel was largely responsible for their, and also our own satisfaction

We have stayed at the Churchill for many years. Can’t fault it.
All the staff are friendly and helpful.
Rooms are lovely and very clean.
Never had a problem with our stay.

Good, staff were great, very large, modern bathroom with a good shower. Good location, close to city centre.

Average- suggest clearing under stairs as full of junk in the lobby area. Restaurant/ bar staff seemed inexperienced. After we ordered pizza then said we couldn't eat them in the restaurant

Conveniently located to town centre and railway station ,
Fabulous decor throughout ,I would certainly recommend The Churchill Hotel .
