Very friendly welcome. Appreciated flexible early check in. Main attractions are in walking distance as explained at the reception.Overall very satisfying.

Pleasant with staff very helpful and polite would go again. Only a short walk into town . Car parking was easy

A lovely stay at this hotel . The hotel itself is very nice and within walking distance of the city.
What makes this hotel special is the attentive , friendly , polite and very cheerful staff.
They are your greatest asset.

Enjoyed our stay here. Lovely room & breakfast set us up for the day. One staff in particular was very helpful (Rachael)

I asked my girlfriend to marry me whilst on our stay with you and couldn't think of anywhere more perfect , Stunning place.
I called to get champagne in our room on arrival and nothing was to much trouble for the team

Very nice Hotel and excellent service. Food at the restaurant was very good and close to main attractions.

What a lovely hotel I was very impressed . Staff were friendly from the start very helpful and gave us very good tourist guidance . We had everything we needed in our room .
The hotel was very peaceful . The bed was so comfortable that I didn’t want to get out of it ,
the was best sleep I’ve had in years “honestly” was heavenly . Ideal location the Churchill is a lovely place to stay .
I will most defiantly book again and look forward to staying here again next time I will have the breakfast I’m sure it will be lovely too

Good location room on the small side. Parking charge not clearly stated when booking room. Double bed very small.

good hotel, friendly and effective staff, excellent location for visting York, price/quality of breakfast and dinner is to be improved
