Very pleasant stay. Staff courteous and helpful. Beautiful building in good location. Only one minor issue, the mattress on the bed seemed to slope to one side, otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was exceptional.

Came with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday and had a lovely time. The room was lovely and clean and the staff could not have been nicer.

Fabulous weekend. All staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was fabulous (worth a visit even if not staying at the hotel!). Hotel is situated in a perfect location with parking on site. The hotel decor is fabulous. I would class this as a boutique hotel and very much worth a visit. We would highly recommend this hotel and are hoping to visit again very soon. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable

Perfection! We could not fault any part of our stay. We will be back to stay at The Churchill Hotel when we come back to York. The quirky decor is brilliant!!

The hotel was very accommodating and a great location. We were travelling as a family of 4 and I feel this hotel is better suited to business rather than young families.

Lovely helpful staff even provided us with a map and directions to where we needed to be. Very nice spacious room with comfy bed and pillows

Great, really nice hotel, our second stay, will definitely stay again. Similar price to Premier Inn but much nicer!
