Lovely hotel friendly staff will definitely visit again Close to city and all amenities. Might seem strange not really a complaint but room was very hot

Just the room disappointing. Very small for price and next to train line. Not worth the £130 for room only. When I found out a week before we were due to stay I could have booked the same room for £85.00. I wrote to you to ask for breakfast to be included which you defined which was disappointing.

We stayed at the Churchill this week, and had a lovely time! I am currently undergoing chemotherapy, and we just needed a night away for a treat, and it certainly was. We booked a table in the restaurant, as going into town would have been an effort for me. Despite being very quiet in the bar and the only diners in the restaurant, we were not rushed at all. In fact, it was like a private dining experience without the price tag. The food was delicious, and the service from Harry and Penny was exceptional. Thank you very much, we have already recommended to family and friends

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we like the ambiance of the hotel. The staff were very attentive and extremely friendly. Lovely decor throughout and immaculately clean. Will definitely return.

Had a lovely weekend away with husband. Enjoyed the walk into the city centre which was pleasant.
Good service from friendly staff would definitely stay at hotel again in future
