Lovely! The staff were really excellent, we went just before Christmas when I’m sure they’d like to be with their loved ones they still made us feel really special.

As it was a Christmas break, we compared it to others we have had elsewhere and found it far superior - from the efficiency, politeness and professionalism of the staff to the quality of the food. The attention to the design and decoration of the rooms was impressive as well.

Lovely hotel full of character. Staff in reception very welcoming. Mulled wine and mince pie on arrival fantastic!
Lots of information given regarding places to visit and taxis. Good welcome with a map of the city .

Another great stay at this beautiful hotel only let down by the size of the room, apart from that the location of the hotel is excellent and the staff are also excellent.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff. Simply nothing is too much trouble

Great experience overall. Room was clean, staff friendly and polite. Hotel was easily accessible by car and only a 5 minute walk to the city centre

We came for the Christmas experience and had a lovely time. The pre ordered food was excellent, the staff were friendly couldn't have been more helpful. The only small niggle was the size of the room and the lack of useful space on one side of the bed. We would come again but book a larger room
