Nice hotel - situated a short walk from the city centre . It was Very hot weather the weekend we were there and there was no air conditioning in the room - so room was very warm but we were given a fan which helped . Breakfast was quoted at £14.95
- which we thought was way too expensive so we went to s local cafe to eat

Good hotel, in an excellent location for exploring York itself. Would certainly use again. Have to write 10 more characters.

Very pleasant stay, ideal hotel for our needs. only downside room 112 next to outside fire doors which were used by cleaning staff early in the morning.

Excellent. Fine hotel near the center of York. The bathrooms are a bit small. We had very fine weather en could enjoy having a drink in the garden.

We enjoyed our stay at the Churchill. We loved the theme and the decor which was fun as was the loved the character of the building. The hotel was on a main road but traffic noise wasn';t nuisance. The garden was pleasant to sit and have a cool drink at the end of a hot and busy day. We have wanted to visit York for several years so being able to walk to the Minster, the Shambles, Jordvik Museam and Betty's Tead Rooms was great. All the the City was busy with visitors, street enterainers and outside eateries. Every establishment (including shops) had friendly welcoming staff. This made our visit VERY relaxed, welcoming and pleasant. WEll Done the Churchill and York.

Excellent! By far my favourite hotel in York. Plenty of safe parking, the Churchill theme is brilliant and the staff are fantastic. A must visit!

The location is perfect. It has plenty parking spaces. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant food was OK.
