Great hotel, great location. Good selection of beer and wine. Front reception staff were most helpful

Very well situates in the city (close to the Minster and the City Walls, particularly. Thank you to the desk attendant who gave us precious indications for the visits. One night was too short an stay ! We'll definitely have to come back again...

A lovely weekend in an ideal location. Perfect for walking round the wall, visiting York Minster and the numerous restaurants. We will undoubtedly return.

Very nice and good location into York, the breaksfast was really good had plenty to choose from. The parking was good.

We stayed 2 nights and had breakfast on the first morning.
My wife had the porridge which was expensive but very good. I had the breakfast bap which was overpriced and of poor quality.
The next morni g we ate at a fabulous little cage on the short walk into the city. Excellent food at good prices.

Good and will go again as hotel is an excellent location for a visit to York. But I would not stay again in the Churchill Room.

Very enjoyable. Helpful staff. Super location for visiting York. Nothi g was too much trouble for the staff.

Very enjoyable but Batheoom was tiny. Dust on table and mirror. Mirror @bove desk in wrong position as lights cause shadows and the overhead lights hit the mirror making it very bright in parts

Had a lovely time room comfortable staff very helpful food just needs tweeking at breakfast food in restaurant lovely location great would book again definitely

Staff is so friendly and helpful, great location in the centre. Will be staying again at this hotel.
