Fantastic hotel and lovely, friendly staff. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. Good location for centre of york

Room itself perfect however noise from outside around 8am Monday morning woke me. someone dragging a plastic trolley back and forth into the hotel below our window.

This coupled with noise from the cleaners in the next room waking us on both mornings when were sleeping in did spoil our stay somewhat.

Other than that hotel and location perfect.

Very nice rooms within walking distance for the centre and a very nice hotel overall. We expected a little from the service and at times felt uncomfortable.

Very good but wasn't to happy being woken up at 7.20am on Sunday morning by the bins being trundled backwards and forwards!

We enjoyed our stay at the Churchill Hotel. Staff were helpful, location was great. Would stay again.

Hotel was nice however no better than hotel we usually stay at. Cleaners did not come and clean the room.

Very nice hotel with good service. We did however think it was rather expensive, especially the food from room service. Also thought £10 for parking on the premises was a bit steep.
