We stayed 2 nights and had breakfast on the first morning.
My wife had the porridge which was expensive but very good. I had the breakfast bap which was overpriced and of poor quality.
The next morni g we ate at a fabulous little cage on the short walk into the city. Excellent food at good prices.

Good and will go again as hotel is an excellent location for a visit to York. But I would not stay again in the Churchill Room.

Very enjoyable. Helpful staff. Super location for visiting York. Nothi g was too much trouble for the staff.

Very enjoyable but Batheoom was tiny. Dust on table and mirror. Mirror @bove desk in wrong position as lights cause shadows and the overhead lights hit the mirror making it very bright in parts

Had a lovely time room comfortable staff very helpful food just needs tweeking at breakfast food in restaurant lovely location great would book again definitely

Great experience in York, first room we got given was very small but we were grateful with the move to another room for the last night

Average. I felt there was a lack of atmosphere in the hotel. The bar was very impersonal. not a bad experience but probably would try others hotels in York when we come back.

A very relaxing and enjoyable stay helped by the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was clean throughout and we found it quiet.

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. The service, location and general hotel made the trip all the more special. Thanks to everyone at the churchill
