Excellent customer service lovely quirky hotel excellent value for money on food and drinks, staff were very friendly and helpful nothing at all was to much trouble will be definitely better staying here again 10/10

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay, clean and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. Location being a short walk to the centre of York was ideal.

Beautiful hotel; fantastic staff; gorgeous food, just don’t stay in 10 Downing Street. It’s noisy as hell!

A lovely experience on our second visit, this time with friends who also really enjoyed the Hotel. The room rate was very good and we had a lovely stay, we will return soon.

We as always had a lovely stay at the Churchill, we stay at least once a year the staff are most helpful and friendly, location great, rooms, food and beer garden all of a high standard and would highly recommend.

We would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our staff very enjoyable. Would certainly like to revisit this hotel.

Very good overall experience. Booked a small double for single person. Lovely room if a bit small would go for a standard double next time even if it cost more.
