An excellent evening in a beautiful space. Friendly staff, great food. Good room. TV streaming wasn't great - kept breaking up - but that's a small niggle.

We had a fantastic stay - an 80th birthday present for our mum . The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing and the staff anticipated our every need. Thoroughly recommend this hotel

ok. Location wise the hotel is perfect but i think the bedroom we had is a little tired now. The door to the room allowed in lots of noise from passing guests in the night.

I was charged for the car parking and the breakfast... Too sad, because booking.com didn't mention anything about it...

Very enjoyable experience, the location and parking is a massive bonus! Friendly staff and will come back again but get a bigger room next time.

Very nice, good location to attractions. Would revisit but stay on ground floor as no lift.resturant excellent

Great experience. Staff very welcoming on arrival. Fabulous room. Location was great. Only a short walk to the Minster. Would highly recommend!

A very nice place to stay. Unfortunately we were only there for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. We had a quiet bedroom that was very comfortable.
