Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Our last visit waa 17 years ago when we got married at the Churchill, we will be visiting again soon

Lovely stay with friendly, attentive staff. Good location, a pleasant 10 minute walk to the town centre. Will certainly book again in the future

Great stay staff were very helpful and Hotel was great. My only comment would be in room 121 there were plenty of mirrors and sockets but not in the right place to do your hair.

This 2 day break was my birthday treat and could not have been any better. Full marks to all the staff, they could not have been more welcoming, helpful and good humoured. Shame the weather did not contribute in the same way!
Fully deserving of the rating which gave me the confidence to make the booking.

Rooms in basement dark and depressing, it was not pleasant having to return back to a cave like dungeon.

Our room was very comfortable and toasty warm on a very cold day. We used the bath on our room after being out for dinner - it proved to be very restful and relaxing. We have stayed with you before and will stay again. Thank you!

Spent new year there staff wear very helpfull and obligeing.the new year party was exalant would definitely go again

A very pleasant stay in a super location. Room was very nice, with a modern bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities (including hot chocolate only one sachet though so we had to share!) hairdryer, iron and ironing board also in room. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the room had a heater that you could control the temperature so nice and comfortable. TV too.
