The Churchill Hotel

Good room was a bit tired decor wise but a comfortable bed nice big bathroom
There was a noticeable noise from the heating which did disturb during the night we stayed in room 109
When we booked through booking.com the online information did not make clear that breakfast was not included I would definitely stay here again but would book direct with hotel

Really enjoyed our stay with you. Location was excellent only 5 mins walk to all shops, restaurants and pubs. Bar in hotel needs a bit more variety in beers.

We loved the hotel. Location perfect,customer service excellent,breakfast very good. Only problem was the mattress and pillows being too hard.
We phoned the hotel to book as i had some questions and got a fantastic deal. I have noticed people commented on the parking being expensive but what do they except in a city centre. Good luxury hotel.

Very nice and pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Good location. Beautiful hotel. We will certainly book at Churcill hotel again, but we think without the breakfirst.

Overall a good experience and nothing to complain about. Some might say the room was small, but we only wanted to sleep there not have a party. Perfectly adequate for our short break. Use the same hotel again? Yes, great location just a short walk from the centre. Oh, and the staff we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful.

A really comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff on hand at all times. The location of the hotel is great and we enjoyed some delicious drinks at the bar!

I would say that the charge for car parking is a little on the high side, though, and also the fee for the rooms. They were very comfortable and clean, but slightly smaller than we imagined for the price we paid.

Otherwise, I can't fault the place and would recommend to friends & family :)

A great hotel for a weekend in York close to the walls and the station. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff friendly and helpful.
