Difficulty booking the room. Didn't enjoy the room at all due to feeling of being pushed in a cupboard with no window awful!
Checking out we were asked to pay for breakfast but had already paid at time of booking. I had email to clarify however if I hadn't Im not sure how it would have materialised. The receptionist was so unprofessional and made to feel we were lying-in front of other guests. We had no apology and was told in arrogance the member of staff who took our booking has now gone!
We don't feel we would return due to no window and being accused of not paying and would advise others of our experience.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Will be returning very soon. Wonderful hotel....

The room was on the small side but pleasant enough with nice toiletries in the bathroom. This is a beautiful old building and we enjoyed our stay.

Average and slightly disappointed. Nothing met our expectations except the food. Don’t understand why I have to pay 10 pounds to park. Bar had no decent beer. Don’t understand that a room for two people had only one set of towels in the bathroom and the second in a plastic container in the wardrobe. How long had they been in there.
