I've stayed at this hotel over a number of years and will keep going back. Always clean with polite staff and even though I don't smoke; the best smoking room ever.

Not a bad little hotel however the reception lady was rude when checking in and too pricey for what we got. It ok!

Very warm welcoming friendly staff, and good service . Nice decor, but lighting poor in room . Overall, a very pleasant stay .

Good but did feel cheated about the parking because I didn’t know it was £10 until departure and couldn’t leave car after checkout.

Third or Fourth time at the Churchill and we will be back. Will try to book direct through the hotel next time to obtain better deal.

The staff were very helpful, we would stay there again.
The parking was good and it was only a10 minute walk into the walled city, close to the Minster.

The church hill hotel was beautiful! The room was stunning and the bath was a lovely touch. Both on arrival and departure the staff were extremely helpful, especially a gentleman who checked us out of our hotel. The price is very expensive for one nights stay with no breakfast, but the building and experience was lovely. For a romantic night away it was perfect. I just don't think it justified a £136 a night price tag.

Great apart from paying too much for a standard room when I booked a superior room. The location was fantastic.
