Very good experience due to such friendly staff! Quiet, clean room with very comfortable bed. Nice hospitality tray, enjoyed the Kitkats!

Great, lovely man at check in, gave us all the information we needed and more. Felt unwelcome in the bar as soon as they took ‘the till’

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Loved the room and the location which had easy access to the city centre.
Staff were are really helpful and polite.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and bed was comfy. Room service was quick and affordable. The hotel had a really lovely vibe, quiet and cozy. Perfect for a romantic trip to York. Definitely would stay again! We loved it.
