Very good and will not hesitate to make a return visit in the future, as we feel 5he Hotel is located close to all amenities

the room was very dark in fact I found the whole hotel too dark

Good up until the point of leaving!
When returning the room pass at reception on my departure, I was informed that I owed £20 in parking fees, this was not brought to my attention on arrival or at any other time during my stay.
Spoilt what was an otherwise pleasant experience!

Good room was a bit tired decor wise but a comfortable bed nice big bathroom
There was a noticeable noise from the heating which did disturb during the night we stayed in room 109
When we booked through booking.com the online information did not make clear that breakfast was not included I would definitely stay here again but would book direct with hotel

Really enjoyed our stay with you. Location was excellent only 5 mins walk to all shops, restaurants and pubs. Bar in hotel needs a bit more variety in beers.

Very pleasant stay. Hotel convenient for walking into York. Room very comfortable. Friendly staff and good service.

Excellent couple of days in YORK. Really enjoyable stay. Room was small but adequate. Lovely meal in the restaurant.

We loved the hotel. Location perfect,customer service excellent,breakfast very good. Only problem was the mattress and pillows being too hard.
We phoned the hotel to book as i had some questions and got a fantastic deal. I have noticed people commented on the parking being expensive but what do they except in a city centre. Good luxury hotel.

Very nice and pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Good location. Beautiful hotel. We will certainly book at Churcill hotel again, but we think without the breakfirst.
