Overall I’d say there were some great parts, but equally there were just as many bad parts. So I’d give your hotel 3/5

Lovely hotel in a great location. Unfortunately, during my stay the room was very hot and there was no hot water in the morning and the bed was 2 singles pushed together which made for a bad sleep, which is why the room is a 4/5 not 5/5. The staff lovely and welcoming and the breakfast great!

Ein sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel mit tollem Restaurant und auch Aussenbereich. Liegt sehr zentral. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder.

We had perfect stay at the Churchill Jotel in York. We loved everything about the hotel, from staffs, hospitality services, F&B, location and facilities. Nice and pleasant short-walk to major tourists attraction, namely, York Minister, Shambles, York City Walls, etc.

Lovely short stay close to York city centre would definitely stay here again friendly helpful staff very polite made us feel very welcome

when we come to york we always stay at this hotel , the staff are so friendly & helpful , hotel & its grounds are beautiful & always immaculate will definetly be returning
