Great. Room was somewhat small, but staff (especially Reception) was excellent. Person in Reception the day I checked in was super helpful.

generally comfortable . the lack of a basic inclusive breakfast was disappointing..plus to charge 10 pounds to park my car was ridiculous.

If you prefer to sleep before 10:30 make sure to ask for a room not facing the railway tracks to/from Scarborough.

Very friendly staff, very good location to visit the city. Very nice room though without a view and very clean.

Lovely stay. Apart from towels and bar smell. Iron and board really handy. Room 137 quirky. Nice bathroom. Service at bar good.

A very nice, well presented hotel and a perfect place to stay for a few days in York. The room was amazing and me and my partner enjoyed it very much, the only downsides were about the water temperature and pressure within the shower, although this maybe because of the times we had a shower with many other people doing the same. On top of this a small breakfast menu and only warm food for the price of the stay was disappointing although didn't take anything off a amazing weekend.

We very much liked our stay and the staff were very, very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean and very nice for a family of four and the bathroom very clean and nicely stocked. A great place for families to stay and close to all the York attractions. We would stay here again!
