Excellent location within walking distance of all the sights. Hotel showing wear and tear. Bathroom lighting terrible and extractor fan very noisy. Service very routine, not engaged. Food in restaurant terrible: overcooked and looked as if it had been reheated several times.

It is always excellent from check in to check out, first class customer service from all the staff who make you feel very welcome, faultless.

Beautifully decorated hotel in an excellent location. Staying in 'the bunker' room was a real experience!

The Churchill was an absolute delight. Loved the room with the Chuchillian artwork on the walls of bedroom and ensuite. I definitely want to return next year and will be booking at earliest opportunity.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely, and although the breakfast was great, it was rather pricey.

Very good, close to centre, car parking is £10 per night which we didn't expect, we had room service but the food was not that good

Very disappointed with the Hotel. The bar was dingy, the Reception area dark and dingy and tatty looking I had booked this Hotel for myself, My Aunt and a friend. My Aunt was disgusted with the Hotel which spoilt our stay. Fish and Chips on the menu is fish,, sauce and scraps. One couple ordered this and were gobsmacked when it arrived. I was looking forward to a nice evening meal but the whole experience was awful. We paid over a £1000 for a 2 night stay which is absolutely disgraceful. We booked this thinking we were in a luxurious Hotel. The Keys for the room stopped working so I had to go to reception on 3 separate occasions to have them corrected. Absolutely awful Hotel spoilt the weekend.

Staff always friendly & chatty . I much prefer to stay with you rather than the Grange not keen other attitude to the customer.
