Fairly good. Location of hotel more than makes up for minor discrepancies. £10 charge per night for parking came as bit of a surprise.

Lovely enjoy the stay at York the hotel was old and set in time which made it very interest to stay in the food was nice the garden was comfortable to sit in on hot day

I am a regular visitor to Churchill's, with work and am always totally satisfied with everything. The staff always go the extra to make my stay enjoyable.

It was great. I hope there is a refrigerator in the room. The wifi is not very stable. Overall, everything is fine .

service by your male frontdesk staff on the day of departure was non existant, this in stark contrast with your very helpful femake frontdesk staff on the day of arrival

We enjoyed our stay but was disappointed with our check in, it was not very welcoming especially as it was our first visit.
