We very much liked our stay and the staff were very, very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean and very nice for a family of four and the bathroom very clean and nicely stocked. A great place for families to stay and close to all the York attractions. We would stay here again!

Nicely decorated shame about the size and temperature of the room. Also car park very cramped. Staff were helpful.

Normally love this hotel, but had 2 rooms near a main corridor door & was woken at 6am by the door creaking & people talking! Staff v polite & pleasant as always!

Great location. Parking available but a bit pricey. Never had to pay for parking at a hotel before!!!

Nice hotel . Pleasant stay, good location close to York centre. Would have been nice to have breakfast included in price
