Difficulty booking the room. Didn't enjoy the room at all due to feeling of being pushed in a cupboard with no window awful!
Checking out we were asked to pay for breakfast but had already paid at time of booking. I had email to clarify however if I hadn't Im not sure how it would have materialised. The receptionist was so unprofessional and made to feel we were lying-in front of other guests. We had no apology and was told in arrogance the member of staff who took our booking has now gone!
We don't feel we would return due to no window and being accused of not paying and would advise others of our experience.
