Staff very friendly and helpful, enjoyed our stay!! Few things to consider, change your wine glasses, ordered a lovely bottle of red wine, to then be given a very cheap wine glass!! We did ask for one of the nice ones which were behind the bar!! Also had to ask for some more cups for our room and they came all stained, need to get some stain remover or new cups and saucers!!

it was ok -all as individual ratings as we wanted to be near the centre of York with parking - we have stayed before about 6 years ok - breakfast was better last time

Fantastic hotel with great character. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a little disappointing for the price but thats literally the only fault i have. A brilliant hotel!

A very good 3 night stay. All staff we met were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well placed for most of Yorks sights.

Friendly staff and gorgoeus bathroom, just alittle dusty and stains.

Staff were extremely helpful and provided a us with a map of York, as we were new to the area. Room service good but got one order incorrect.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Churchill. I liked the fact that it was a traditional building yet nicely modern inside and very comfortable. The location so close to the old centre of York was perfect for us. Thank you

Ok. Not great value for money. Wouldn't rush back. Missing some special added extras to be able to live up to the title of a "luxury hotel".

We have loved this hotel and our time at The Churchill so much so we would go back and definitely stay there
