It was easy to fined the hotel and parking was good and I had no problems with parking(note:£10.00 per day extra fee on top of hotel price). There were some stairs to navigate but lift to the two floors made access to rooms good. Occasionally the light sensors did not activate lights in hallway and with black walls I could not see anything. I would stay again for location, comfort and reception staff were helpful. The bar, restaurant and outside seating area to the front looked inviting however I did not use these facilities.

Average. We were in room 109 there was a connecting door outside, it was banging from early morning assuming other guests in and out.

Not good tv did not work in room. One worked but could not been see from the bed . And was not fixed over our stay

Hotel was quite expensive but rooms were nice and overall service was good apart from issue with the taxi.

Superb welcome, excellent service. An enjoyable stay from start to finish. The staff make the hotel. We'll be back!

We didnt see that parking was 10 pounds a night as its not clear enough on booking.com and only found out upon checking in, this along with my grandmas room made the whole experience at the churchhill pretty disappointing.

I got married 5 years ago at the Churchill hotel, all the family stayed and it was fabulous. My daughter bought us a nights stay for our anniversary with DBB. i wanted it to feel special for us....i had let the hotel know 3 times in advance but when we turned up to a smoke smelling receptionist and a cold reception it left a bitter taste.
If you want guests to return then you have gone about it the wrong way...i wish i had kept a good memory of the Churchill and not gone back.

Great. Room was somewhat small, but staff (especially Reception) was excellent. Person in Reception the day I checked in was super helpful.

generally comfortable . the lack of a basic inclusive breakfast was disappointing..plus to charge 10 pounds to park my car was ridiculous.

Very disappointing. I've stayed in other luxury hotels that are better value & are much more comfortable.
