A lovely little hotel but please don't cheat your customers with substandard food and expect them to pay the bill as if nothing was wrong!

We’re pleased to hear that you found our location convenient for exploring the centre of York, and that the hotel itself left a positive impression in aspects such as cleanliness, service, and room comfort.
However, we’re truly sorry to learn that your dining experience did not meet your expectations, and that you left feeling disappointed with both the quality of the food and the value for the price paid. Your honest comments are very much appreciated and will be shared with our team, as we always strive to maintain our standards and ensure every meal lives up to what our guests deserve.
We also note your feedback regarding car parking charges. Unfortunately, complimentary parking is extremely uncommon for hotels located in central York, and we make every effort to keep our pricing in line with others in the area. We do understand the importance of clear information about fees and appreciate you highlighting this aspect.
