The carpet needs replacing and guests should be allowed to park for free as £10 on top of the room rate is a lot to ask
If guests ask for special requests regards how they like their food cooked it should be delivered

A real treat ! Red letter day voucher and more, paying for drinks, £5 supliment for steak and any sides, but apart from that all in. Modern twist on a menu with flair and great flavours.

Fab! The hotel is lovely, & staff are very polite & helpful. Our room was great, as we had been upgraded to the Prince of Wales suite. 5 stars.

Every time we use your hotel the experience gets better and better it also is very cmfortable no mater which room we are put into. The last room was the best yet and next time i will ask for it by number exellent stay just wish it was longer cheers

If we didn't have the tiniest room it would have been much better. The restaurant is fab. Overall we enjoyed it but it was a very short overnight stay.

Very good, friendly and helpful staff in reception. Good size room (family room, although just me and boyfriend stayed).

Stay was very nice, but had problems with booking the room. Firstly, not easy to find suitable dates. Secondly, initial booking was made for one night even though i asked for two.
