Good. Excellent location and nice hotel but need to get a better extractor fan in the kitchen or open some windows to make the bar more inviting.

Great stay, location is ideal for exploring York and the interior of the hotel is very nice. Staff were very helpful.

Been here a few times a couple of years ago before refurbishments and had larger rooms upstairs as we were in the Westminster rooms during this 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We will return again.

We went from a bland chain for one night to this boutique for two nights. We always knew this would be our preferred choice. The Churchill delivers a great hotel experience. We were dead impressed by the service, the cleanliness and the food. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay and would recommend it! The staff were very helpful especially the lady on reception who made some cocktail bar recommendations for us!

our experience ai the Churchill Hotel was extreme and wonderful,so much so we cannot wait to return again and again.The Staff were wonderful particulaly as I failed to inform that I am disabled,however it did;nt matter as they were fantasticly helpful.
