It was lovely, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Just a couple of things that were disappointing the plug didn't fit in the bath and I had stains on my sheets and hairs.

the hotel is clean and comfortable. la location is central an it offers a free parking. So I coud go visiting easily. Staff is very kind.

Good!!! It's just a shame about the parking charges. Everything else was very good. Will be giving a good review on Tripadvisor

The hotel is very tastefully decorated and situated in a very handy location near to the prime sites in York. I was very pleased with my choice and would certainly stay again.

Beautiful hotel , nice garden and very helpful staff central location 10 mins to York Minister and city center

A nice stay in a good location. The shower in particular was excellent. I don't know what else to say!

Great night away would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Staff were great arrived early but room was ready so got checked in straight away the young man on reception even showed us to our room nice touch
