Lovely hotel and great location in a gorgeous city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Churchill to others.

I like the room but the breakfast can be better. The english breakfast is quite oil for us. Every other thing is great

All the staff I had dealings with where very pleasant and helpful. The hotels location is within easy walking distance from York centre, private parking made life comfortable (although at an additional charge) the hotel is good value for money.

I booked the Churchill hotel for mine and my partners 3rd anniversary, the hotel was in a perfect location not to close to the town centre but not far away, it was just what we were looking for

Nice hotel .friendly helpful staff great location .Will stay again. The hotel had undergone a upgrade since I stayed there last time and it's made a big difference

Lovely stay at the churchill . Booked last minute and had two nights for new years eve . We had a very enjoyable two days in York , the hotel location for excellent and we parked the car for free and didn't use it again until our journey home . The staff are very good and helpful , the room was clean and well maintained . Although we only had a vellux and a window would have been nice given the location . We had a great New Years Eve and the party night was a great experience , far too much food mind but very good . We will be back at the Churchill and would recommend this hotel .
