Staff very friendly and helpful will definitely go back next time I am staying at York. Hotel only 5 min walk to shopping centre. Has its own car park.

Very good .. Will go again. Good location for the part of York I wanted to see. Local to plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs.

Amazing place to stay everyone very welcoming and friendly nice little walk into York centre.shopping fab pubs a plenty.you can park in hotel grounds witch is a big plus has parking in your is not to good.

Lovely hotel in a great location for a short walk into the city centre. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Nice hotel, very well situated for the centre of York. Easy to find just off the main road into York.
The feel of the the hotel was quite dark due to the dark wall paint, could do with brightening up a bit.

Car park a bit "tight" for the larger cars.
Staff extremely helpful and polite.
