Certainly an enjoyable stay. Clean & comfortable surroundings, although overall it does feel like it would benefit for catering for slightly fewer guests. Good value. Good food. A decent little bar. Close enough to the town centre for access to all the main attractions, yet far enough away to be peaceful.

Very nice stay.... the staff were very helpful and polite ..... I would stay again....good location.... beds lovely....

Location excellent; parking ok but a turn round facility would make it easier; staff were consistently polite and helpful; supply of a non slip mat for the shower much appreciated;

Excellent value for money and location is ideal for walking into york. Staff helpfull and welcoming.

Wonderful weekend break in York and received 5 star treatment at Churchill’s. And will visit again next year

Good location and staff. Would have given a better score but room needs new carpet and some damp is visible. Breakfast on day one was cold, obviously it had been precooked with only the egg cooked to order.

We had a good experience. The hotel is Really well located. Just a bit noisy with the traffic. Very helpful staff.
