Great overall, we arrived a little early but our Room was ready so were able to check in early. Car parking was available but at an extra charge, as is the Breakfast.

Great service--loved all the staff and the restaurant was beautiful and priced well for the quality. The room was a little expensive, no air and was hot but we opened the window. Little small for 4 people to move around. Nice walk down to York.

Although we only had Short stay,can only praise the staff and excellent service & facilities, very good.

We had a lovely overnight stay at The Churchill. All the staff were lovely, very helpful and very polite. Hotel is in a great location and the rooms, facilities and price were exceptional. We would not hesitate to go back again. Thank you!

Good but feel there was an opportunity to really use the space near the staircase much better than it has and also the space where the old bar was. Whilst retaining the black and grey to maintain the period, some colour is needed to bring the hotel alive . No doubt will visit again as we have many times in the past

We had a good nights sleep and the reception staff were excellent. There were 2 of us so it would have been nice to have 2 hand towels and more tea bags/ milk.
