Receptionist were really friendly can't knock that at all brilliant but to charge £10 for parking when you already own the car park is just a piss take and for that reason alone I won't come back!

Good centrally situated hotel

Booked on booking.com for two nights and there was no obvious indication of a £1o per day parking charge!!!

Funky hotel, amazing location. Small room but this was described at the time of booking. Would recommend.

Room was to small, breakfast extra, parking extra. Over priced, I would expect to pay these rates for a bigger room, free parking and breakfast inc. I struggled to find more than one towel , so asked at reception if I could have another towel as there is two people in the room. I was told haven't you looked in the wardrobe in there is a plastic bag with a second towel in it. I mean really two people in a room and you have to play give us a clue for towels. Not good at best, I was going to look in the kitchen for one....Also the beds are not comfortable at all, a tip maybe (if you have high powered down lights don't put the onto a chrome edged mirror at the side of the tv "kind off blinds you". Lights of to watch tv.

Wonderful weekend in York made special by staying with you. This is my 4th visit to the Churchill with my sister-in-law and we shall both be returning!

A luxurious stay in a beautiful hotel. Top class service, excellent food and a great location. Would definitely stay here again.
