Very good and enjoyable. The hotel was tastefully decorated and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean with all the amenities required. Great location for the city and plenty of parking. My only criticism was the mattress wasn't comfortable as it tipped to one side.

Very good and helpful staff and we were upgraded to a superior room but do not agree with having to pay for parking because we booked through Booking.com.

Very nice hotel loved.the period features it 8s mu kinda building. Hopefully we will be returning next year

Great one night stay in York. Will return to the hotel. Overall it was excellent

We found the hotel very pleasant, with a nice calm atmosphere. The staff were very pleasant and the food was lovely. The location is great, just outside the centre of York but not too far away. All in all very nice.

My wife and I love York and go there on a regular basis, since we have found the Churchill Hotel we would not to stay anywhere else. The rooms are first class, ideal location and the staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you.
Thank you all for another wonderful stay at your hotel, no doubt we will see you again in the next month or so.
