Overall satisfied- 5 minutes walk to the city centre, Minster etc. Staff generally friendly & helpful- interesting chat with the man clearing up the breakfast (MSc in Archeology at York Uni)

Really enjoyed our stay once again ,have booked for Xmas .top hotel one of the best.can safely recommend to anyone.

Very difficult to find the place. The entrance to the hotel is terrible.

Absolutely over the moon with our experience (as 9 women, sharing 2 x family rooms and 1 x twin). We all slept very well and were very impressed with the look and feel of the hotel. The smoking shelter was a particular favourite within the group. We'd certainly return, and thank you very much for your hospitality. What a fantastic hotel!!
