very enjoyable. Such a shame somebody was drilling outside our bedroom at 9am.Parking charge of £15 was also not mentioned on arrival or at the time of booking,that was slightly disappointing.

Fab stay, will definitely be back! from the welcome on arrival to the quality and cleanliness of rooms including the complimentary items to the beautiful breakfast nothing to fault!

From the moment we arrived the staff(all of them) were so polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and warm. Great shower.
Although the hotel was close to the city, which was great, we didnt mind paying the £15 a night car parking fee, in comparison to other carparks in the city this was like for like. However, we wished it could be more transparent on the website. That is my only negative.

This is a very charming and cosy hotel right on the doorstep of the city centre. It was absolutely perfect for the short stay break we needed.
It was great to have parking facilities too but the only down side is the price of the parking.

Ideal location for a city break. Good rooms . Great staff. Would stay again and recommend. On-site parking also a plus

Great hotel, staff and location. Lovely breakfast. We had a small room but very comfortable, perfect for a weekend break. Will definitely return.

Absolutely love staying at The Churchill, weve found our hotel so no need to ever look around for other places to stay in York. Great to have a car park too. Its been winter time when weve visited but would love to stay in summer and use the outside bar in the garden.

Brilliant - we will be back. Ournew favourite York hotel. We will book the outdoor pods next time. The pizza looked great.
