Good experience. Reception staff gave us map and some good ideas on where to go. Would stay here again.

Fantastic location within 5 minute walk of York centre. Room was good size and decorated well. Only downside was no Air con and we stayed on a hot weekend

Had a wonderful couple of days. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & pleasant. The location was within walking distance of York.

Welcome reception was poor
Overnight parking fee not very welcome

We were pleasantly surprised by this quirky hotel and it's magnificent building and superb renovation. Fabulous, convenient position close to the historic centre of York and the York Gallery. Most impressed with the high quality breakfast and service, which was beautifully put together and delicious. Would recommend and look forward to returning. Many thanks.

Perfect place for our wedding anniversary. Wish we had booked longer, great value and will be booking again. Perfect couple of days. Thankyou Churchill hotel, thankyou to all the staff.
