Good sort stay but would have preferred upgrade to bigger room

super clean, lovely location, nice staff. Didn't have breakfast because it was not a buffet. Don't like that!

The hotel in beautiful and the location is Perfect, being so close to the walled city.
We loved the room, except for the internet reception. It was really bad. To the point that even watching something on the TV was impossible. Besides that, we loved it.

A very pleasant stay near the centre of York. Only problems were the absence of decaffeinated coffee at the bar and restaurant. We also had a problem with the shower in our room, where the temperature was difficult to adjust and it would not fully turn off. As this happened late in our stay, we decided not to report it until we checked out.

Mostly very satisfied. Excellent location, easy access to the town centre. The room was clean but was very small.
