The hotel was in a great location, Just a short walk to the City walls. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed few days in York.

We only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay in a relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend this place.

It was a very enjoyable stay. We had a problem with the shower to begin with which was quickly fixed by the friendly and helpful staff on the reception desk. All staff were excellent and really looked after us.

Aangenaam hotel in stadscentrum van York met heerlijk ontbijt!

Generally satisfactory with parking a bonus although it was an add on extra expense . Experience marred by the small dark room

We had a great time, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the beer garden was a very nice place to chill and hang out.
