We had a brilliant time in York that was made all the more enjoyable with our stay at the hotel.
The hotel is situated in a convenient area for walking to most of the attractions the city has to offer.
Our room was very comfortable and the hotel very clean. All the staff were exceptional, very friendly and attentive.

We had two great nights sleep and the service was friendly and delivered everything we wanted.

Not the first time we have stayed here. Fantastic hotel with a fantastic location. Great decor throughout. Staff are all excellent.

Beautiful hotel, stayed in the bunker in a gorgeous room, very quiet at night, amazing bathroom, especially the shower. The staff were friendly and cheerful, would highly recommend spending an evening in the beer garden, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing.

Other than a shower temperature control that didn't really have much effect, the overall experience was great.

Very good hotel, great staff and very helpful , clean and comfy hotel, would go again. Location is about 10 minutes walk to the centre. Pizza outside in the igloos is very nice and cosy.

Very annoyed that parking charges were not up front --- no indication of parking charges until we had booked the hotel.

Went for 1 night and stayed 2 nights. Great experience. Easy walk into town. The Bunker room is amazing.
