Very enjoyable, all the staff were very friendly and extremely professional, the hotel is in an excellent position for the city centre.

We always return to this hotel every year.Staff good in restaurant and reception especially. Room was a little small but fine for us as we are small people!

We stayed here last year. A charming hotel. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in York. Staff are lovely. Look forward to staying here next year.

Chose to stay at the Churchill Hotel for our wedding anniversary following a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Had a fabulous couple of days. Staff, food and accommodation was excellent. The hotel is in a good location and in easy walking distance to shops.

Overall a good experience but for the price I expected a little more - specifically a bigger room, somewhere to put our luggage. Or include the parking and or the breakfast. Probably won't be back as the other places we have stayed at in York were cheaper and just as nice. Again it was beautiful, just expected more.

Great experience we stayed as our daughter was getting married in York The staff and facilities where great nothing was to much trouble the room although a little small was lovely and clean ..food was excellent overall a lovely stay .

Fantastic, still our favourite UK hotel,staff are friendly and treat you as special, makes you feel good. Reception are fantastic welcome to fantastic stay. Very pleasing to find traditional hospitality with exacting standards still exist. A very special and rare hotel , we'll be back soon, we've been using it for over 35 years.
