Great place to stay. Not far from the center of York ,the staff are brilliant and very helpful and polite, would recommend

I would come back for sure. You have an outstanding staff. The saying “people won’t remember what you said but they will always remember how you made them feel”- so true especially in the hospitality industry.

We had a lovely stay all staff we came across were fantastic, breakfast was lovely slightly disappointed with the room as it had everything we needed but I was expecting it to be fantastic, carpets looked dirty too. Bathroom was lovely though

Very friendly staff and was very clean hotel and the beer garden was clean and tidy well maintained , would go back there

Very enjoyable and would definitely consider booking again. Staff polite and helpful. Disappointed that have started charging for parking since out last stay.

I had a very good stay at the hotel. I especially want to commend the friendly staff at check-in, who told me a bit about York. The room was also great - the only thing I missed was air conditioning, as it was very hot in York. I would glad return to this hotel. :)

Very good and gentlemen on reception was a credit to your company . Short walk to city centre and car parking

From check in to check out a very nice overnight experience, plus 2 days to explore the best that the city of York has to offer. from relaxing in the Museum Gardens, to a walk around the City Wall.

Wouldn't stay again to be honest. It was cute but there are much better places to stay. It was a special occasion for us, which we made a note of on the booking. We were on our honeymoon and the hotel chose to ignore this. Everywhere else we had been to and visited had made a little gesture for us to make it that little bit more special. Literally nothing from this hotel. We were so hot and bothered in this tiny space we barely spent any time here.
