Fantastic, still our favourite UK hotel,staff are friendly and treat you as special, makes you feel good. Reception are fantastic welcome to fantastic stay. Very pleasing to find traditional hospitality with exacting standards still exist. A very special and rare hotel , we'll be back soon, we've been using it for over 35 years.

Very nice Location in walking distance to the City Center. Welcoming athmosphere, Personal Service

really enjoyed our stay. staff very friendly and helpful. Room on the lower level was ok but quite dark. Bathroom nice and shower was quite powerful.

We enjoyed our visit. The location of the hotel was very good despite the noise from the trains. The room was on the small size but adequate as we didn’t spend much time in it. The slight offensive smell at first was promptly fixed once we mentioned it. The staff were all overly and helpful

Highly recommend the hotel to others all aspects were superb. Location perfect and the family room was large and roomy for the 3 of us.

An excellent stay and readily recommend the Churchill. The rooms, service and restaurant were all excellent. The only slight negative is the parking is very tight and there is no lift so if you are unsteady on your feet etc enquire about a ground floor bedroom

A perfect stay. The staff were without exception, lovely. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay really enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt "special".
Already booked for a short stay next year. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.
