Friendly staff who will help with anything. Hotel very clean and tidy and in a very good location, garden and facilities very good

It was alright, good for the price. The room was a bit small, but pretty. The showerhead was very confusing to use and sprayed water on the floor.

I enjoyed my stay at the Churchill Hotel although I would suggest that you display an instruction guide to the shower controls and fit grab rails in the showers.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We have been in the UK and Spain for nearly a month and sadly the Churchill was the worst hotel I’m afraid

The Churchill is amazing, from the beautiful rooms to wonderful staff who are so polite, welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much for them at all, the beer garden and the pizza oven were a pleasure. I can’t recommend the Churchill enough

As always it was a pleasure staying in a hotel we have visited since 1988

Parking is always a stress though

We do understand that parking in the centre of York can be a challenge, and it’s something many of our guests notice given the restrictions that come with our central location. While space is limited and a stress at times, we always try to keep our parking charges fair compared to other city centre hotels.
