Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend The Churchill and would stay again, if we return to York.

Everyone friendly and helpful. Room clean and not lacking anything except a toilet brush. Food good but knives blunt and unable to cut into food.

We will definitely return and ALL the staff are brilliant , polite and professional.
The overall experience was great my wife and I had a wonderful anniversary evening together

Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff are friendly especially the guy that checked us in ( he knew Silloth very well ). Would highly recommend The Churchill and would definitely visit again.

Lovely hotel will be returning was a bit warm in the room as the window didnt stay open and a fan was provided but it wasnt enough air conditioning maybe needed. Lovely room and bathroom and the hotel was very smart loves it 🙂

Excellent - just relieved that the intrusive beat of the music from the garden didn’t go on beyond 9.30pm.

Overall very good.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and comfortable and quite a good location. to York it’s self. Approx 10-15 mins to get to the city centre.

Very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff throughout, room was a little dark , could have done with better lighting for doing makeup

Very enjoyable. The radio decided to spring to life in the middle of the night twice! We didn't particularly love the bar, not very cosy!
