As a returning customer I’m always sad to leave , we are made so welcome by all the staff and management, nothing is to much for them , I can’t wait to return

I would definately stay at the Churchill again, it was a lovely hotel with great friendly and helpful staff and in a great location.

Wonderful hotel - great location with parking . Stylish designed room & lots of characters throughout the hotel . Great visit her service - always helpful while staying in hotel & also when calling to make regular bookings .

Third time there, all the staff are extremely helpful, courteous .The food is amazing , rooms are always clean and housekeeping excellent. Great hospitality .

We have returned to the Churchill hotel on many occasions as it is a beautiful hotel with friendly and professional staff , it has a great history and you feel special throughout your stay . You are always greeted with a warm smile and everybody cant do enough . As i said previously you cant fault anything , the hotel is a perfect location to the city and city walls . The bedrooms are well maintained throughout our visit and breakfast cooked to order , a good choice and something for everyone .

We would stay again. But I would book a larger room. Very friendly staff and fabulous location. Lovely breakfast! Would like to stay in Summer.

The room was beautiful
Service in the restaurant was poor

The smoke alarm going off at 10-45 pm wasn't ideal either!

Beautiful hotel ideal location shops a short walk away my parking available on site for a charge but worth it

This was our second stay and we would stay again. I like the hotel for it's parking, staff friendliness, cleanliness, location and atmosphere. We've not been when the weather has been warm but will one day try and beer garden!
