We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had the weather been a bit more favourable, I'm sure we would have used the facilities available.

We did ask to have dinner in a pod but was told they were not open during the week which was fine. However, we did then see people using them in the evening?

We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the availability of our dining pods. We do restrict pod bookings on certain days to ensure a smooth service and sometimes reserve them for special occasions or private groups, which may be why you saw guests using them later in the evening. Very good experience due to such friendly staff! Quiet, clean room with very comfortable bed. Nice hospitality tray, enjoyed the Kitkats!

Great, lovely man at check in, gave us all the information we needed and more. Felt unwelcome in the bar as soon as they took ‘the till’

This is or favourite hotel to stay in York
Service and rooms she first class and the staff are exceptional

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Loved the room and the location which had easy access to the city centre.
Staff were are really helpful and polite.
